A new gastronomic gem in the 8th arrondissement, this unusual showcase entrusted to the Anegil architectural firm offers warm designer decor with an elegant series of intimate alcoves. Perfectly in sync, the cuisine of Japanese chef Tetsuya Yoshida (Esquisse, Les Canailles) offers a creative array of modern dishes prepared with the cream of the seasonal crop. The bonus ? After winning its first star in 2022, Il Carpaccio - the Royal Monceau’s Italian restaurant - has just reopened its doors with more good news. A real declaration of love for the Southern lifestyle, Rose Thé, a legendary hotel in La Ciotat, was inaugurated in the 1930’s. Renovated, it has retained all its Art Deco charm.
