On the ground floor you will find an entrance with guest toilet, a large living room with a dining area, a terrace covered by a small roof tiles with outdoor living room and a dining table, a patio with a fountain, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a bedroom, a dressing room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper level, two en-suite bedrooms with showers and a separate toilet, each room has a small balcony, facing south, allowing you to admire the magnificent view directly from your bed.
On the lower level, you will find an outbuilding with a living room with access to the terrace and the swimming pool, a small open kitchen, a shower room with toilet, two bedrooms including one en suite with shower and toilet.
