This authentic, typically Cap Ferret villa, situated in a quiet neighbourhood, is a true haven of peace. The living room includes a lounge (WiFi and TV) and dining room, and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. This has an electric oven, two 4-burner gas hobs, a microwave oven, three refrigerators, a freezer and a dishwasher. A beautiful wooden terrace with a 10 x 3-meter swimming pool, heated in summer, and a lovely garden provide the ideal setting for relaxation. A plancha is also available to prepare delicious grilled meats. For the night, on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with bathroom, bath and toilet. An outbuilding with two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, offers additional space for entertaining friends and family. All bedrooms are equipped with two 90cm beds, with the option of converting them into double beds. For your convenience, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available.
