This spacious yet cosy ski-in/ski-out apartment is a perfect alpine base in Courchevel 1850. Ideally located by the chairlift at the foot of the Pralong piste, it offers direct access to the slopes. With its own ground-level entrance and terrace, the apartment sleeps up to 10 guests (4 doubles + bunk room) and includes 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, generous kitchen/dining areas and a comfortable living room. A pay car park is located just a few metres away. Decorated in classic Savoyard style, the split-level layout offers plenty of natural light. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area, a cosy living room with a large TV and terrace access, along with a WC and a hammam. The upper levels host 4 double bedrooms and a bunk room for 2 children. The Master bedroom is ensuite with bath and over-shower. Two further doubles have ensuite showers (one is smaller and better suited to children, and has no window). The mezzanine double, set under the eaves with limited headroom at the foot of the bed, shares a family bathroom and separate WC with the bunk room. Guests also benefit from a private boot room with boot warmers, located on the second underground level close to the lift and the apartment's rear entrance. Balcons du Pralong sits directly on the Pralong slope, next to Hotel Pralong. A 6-man chairlift and two drag lifts outside the building provide easy access to the 3 Vallées ski area. From Pralong, connect quickly to Saulire for routes into Méribel, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Orelle and St-Martin de Belleville. Ski passes are available online or at the Croisette, and discounted ski/snowboard equipment can be arranged by your host, Sara—just let us know in advance.
