This pretty house enjoys a relaxing setting with an unobstructed view of the sea and the village of Saint-Paul de Vence. Jacqueline Morabito designed the interior and exterior layout. The layout of the house is as follows: Main floor : - Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (180cm bed) - Double bedroom with terrace access (160cm bed) - A children's bedroom, comprising a bunk bed and a single bed. - A shared shower room Lower floor : - Large, bright, uncluttered living room with fireplace and cosy reading area. The open-plan kitchen and living room open onto a terrace with sea views. A flowing, convivial space, ideal for taking full advantage of the environment. - Guest toilet Garden level : - Home cinema with sofa and four large armchairs - Yoga room with mirrored wall, yoga mats and blocks, cross trainer or stepper, etc. - Study - Double bedroom (180cm bed) with access to small terrace and chaise longue - Italian shower room and toilet - Hammam Mosaic swimming pool (with alarm and child safety gate) Daybed, four Unopio sunbeds and four butterfly chairs, separate shower and outdoor toilet. Outside, the landscaped garden features several relaxation areas: pool area, terrace shaded by a pretty canopy, aperitif area, all facing an exceptional panorama.
