Close to the Bay and away from any disturbances, it offers an ideal setting to fully enjoy Cap Ferret with family or friends. The main living area includes a lounge with television and Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine. The villa comprises four bedrooms with 160 cm beds and an additional bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Four shower rooms and four toilets provide optimal comfort for a stay of up to ten guests. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer completes the layout. Outside, a heated 8.5 × 3.5 m pool secured by an electric cover is accompanied by a spacious terrace furnished with a dining table, benches, sun loungers, deckchairs and a plancha grill.
