Entering and parking the vehicle on the property, after passing through the automatic gate, we open the (armored) door of the house and have immediate access to a large entrance room with fireplace (with stove) and views of the countryside. There are three bedrooms, two of them en suite, to the left, through a hallway with lots of light and a guest bathroom with walk-in shower. On the right side there is a modern and functional kitchen equipped with an island, built-in appliances and a wine cellar. This floor has two (2) balconies, one in the entrance hall, another along the entire length of the bedroom corridor.
Going down to the -1 floor, there is a generous dining room with a fireplace (with stove) and a bathroom. On the left we enter a large living room, with open views provided by three double windows. On this floor, we have a suite at the back, equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in closet. Also on this same floor is a room with laundry/machine room/storage room, with diesel boiler, washing machine and freezer. The entire house was designed by an architect, in the Bauhaus style (even the decoration is, at the moment, an ode to this school of design, architecture and art), and is in the middle of the countryside, but just three (3) minutes from the famous Ribeira d'Ilhas Beach, considered one of the meccas for surfing and the stage for one of the stages of the World Surf League (WSL), the World Surfing Championship. The motorway to Lisbon (the A21 and then the A8) is just 1.9km from the house and the distance to the capital is just over 30 minutes, on a road free of traffic and with high quality roads.
