The project is located in the most peaceful and beautiful section of Estrada Monumental, which is characterized by its width and the trees along its wide sidewalks.
The Residence is located in an area of superior tourist and residential excellence, to the south of the aforementioned road, unlike most other residential developments.
Which is, of course, an advantage that is reinforced with a unique attribute that is the private elevator, which will allow mobility, exclusively, from the level of Estrada Monumental, to Praia Formosa and Promenade do Lido, next to the sea. At the edge of the cliff, immediately overlooking the sea, is a huge infinity pool.
Around it, you can contemplate the calm of the sea, as well as the sunrise, over the beautiful natural pools of Doca do Cavacas or, later, the sunset behind the majestic Cabo Girao, the highest cape of the Europa, with its 580m height.
The objective and challenge of this project was to start from the existing building which resulted from previous interventions and rehabilitate it into a modern and classy residential building.
For better organizing the building, identification was marked by blocks. From the original hotel, there are Blocks A, B and C.
Block A1 was then added to these (where the adjacent building used to be) and Block A2, which extends from Block A, both built at the lower levels. Associated with Block B is Block B1.
Considering the reference to the blocks, the floors by blocks are the following:
Block A - from 4th Floor to 10th Floor
Block A1 - from 2nd Floor to 4th Floor
Block A2 - from Floor 0 to 2nd Floor (covering at the level of the 3rd Floor)
Block B - from 2nd Floor to 11th Floor (recessed floor)
Block B1 - from Floor 0 to 2nd Floor (covering at the level of 3rd Floor)
Block C - from 3rd Floor to Floor 10th
Private plunge pools were added in the units with the larger terraces. There are about 25 swimming pools among different blocks and floors.
There are 27 apartments with a private garden area.
Every apartment has at least one private parking space, with the larger apartments having up to three parking spaces.
Likewise, all the apartments have a private storage room outside the apartments.
