This important historical estate is for sale on top of a hill overlooking the entire province of Turin.
Originally an 11th-century convent, then fortified and transformed into a castle by Napoleon, the current building dates back to the 17th century and has been recently the subject of masterful restoration works that have brought to light its old beauty. The property currently houses a luxurious relais with elegant, comfortable rooms with an echo to the past.
An exclusive wellness center has been created inside the convent's old sacristy, while a refined restaurant, located in an 18th-century frescoed hall, is completed by a big outdoor gazebo.
Meeting spaces are set up in the convent's frescoed chapel, equipped with a pleasant fireplace, and in a study room with a frescoed medallion.
The property's 11-hectare panoramic park offers delightful terraced gardens: the first welcomes us right at the entrance to the property, with its covered space under a 15th-century tower, while a Mediterranean-style garden houses a panoramic infinity pool surrounded by magnificent terraces, one of which is equipped for helicopter landing.
