Beato Quarter Condominium
Beato Quarter is a residential unit of five historic buildings that were built in different periods of construction, each with its' distinct usage. Each building has its very own unique characteristic, despite the collection resulting in an ample and rythmic unison that deeply connects with its surroundings. Adjacent to the Convento do Beato, the buildings are gathered around a green space: a unifying element in the center of the neighbourhood.
The five residential buildings, grouped under the names Brick, Arch and View, are independent and have 61 apartments of varying types, from one-bedroom to five-bedroom duplexes. All the residential units include parking and a charging point for electric cars.
The Brick Group consists of three buildings, called X, Y and Z.
Its exterior is distinguished by the presence of brick on the facade, respecting its character and reminiscent of industrial masonry chimneys. The three coupled buildings communicate fluidly with each other and set a strong rhythm in the structure of the Beato Quarter.
Brick Y is located in the old Baggers building. It stands out due to its height, its rhythmic fenestration, which extends down to the floor, and the decorative elements on the facade and window frames. Making full use of the depth of the Brick Y structure gives its thirteen apartments an unconventional typology.
Brick Z is located in the former Limpadores building.
In addition, Brick Z has greater volume and capacity, housing twenty-one apartments of various types. Its facade preserves the distinctive metal bridge that used to transport grain between the port area and the milling plant.
The View Group, housed in an old furniture building, a rare example of industrial heritage, has reinvented itself in an exclusive residential proposal. The uniqueness of the building lies in the contrast between the iron pillars and the wooden beams, and is expressed by the facade's perfect symmetry and rhythmic fenestration. The building's floor plan is made up of twenty one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, designed to adapt naturally to each lifestyle.
Location
The eastern region of Lisbon has become increasingly renowned in the past few years. Beato is becoming the new trendy center, with an emerging will to create differentiating urban proposals.
In the forefront of Lisbon's riverine, the Convento do Beato complex is the meeting point between the city center and Parque das Nacoes. In it, the Beato Quarter stands out - the new residential point in style. Located on Lisbon's waterfront and in an urban area undergoing consolidation, Bairro do Beato raises the dialogue between private and urban life.

The 3 Bedroom Duplex Apartments with an area of 165 sqm, located on floors 0 and 1, has two entrances. The kitchen and living room with separate areas are on the first floor. The living room gives access to the 25 sqm outdoor patio. On this floor there is also a guest toilet and a storage room. On the first floor are the bedrooms, all with built-in closets, one of which is en suite. Both apartments have 2 parking spaces and 1 storage room.
