Old house built 200 years ago in Sencelles, Majorca. The House was renewed for 20 years with pleasure and with the priority to maintain the beautiful details such as the arches of seas, typical mallorcan stone. It has a constructed area of 315 square meters in 204 square meters of plot and consists of ground floor, first floor and attic. The ground floor offers an entry and Distributor over a bedroom, a bathroom, a cosy modern kitchen and lounge divided by a bow in the dining room. On the first floor we find three bedrooms, a large bathroom and a nice terrace with beautiful views to the mountains. We can access a 30-square-meter garden from the kitchen and just behind this found a house guest or Studio with living room, bedroom and bathroom. In the garden there is a small pantry 5 square meters. At the same time, the House has three fireplaces in the living room, kitchen and Guest House. It includes air conditioning in some rooms. The interior walls are 1 meter in thickness. And both closets and beams and windows are solid wood from North. It's a special, traditional house near the so-called 'heart of Mallorca'. In particular, it is located at the entrance of the village and is in perfect condition of conservation.
