Lucas Fox proudly presents this truly unique architectural gem nestled between the Costa Brava and the Costa de Barcelona. Perched on an elevated 13,000 m² plot, this remarkable estate commands breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the charming Sant Pol de Mar, and the lush hills of the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park.
Designed in the 1970s by the renowned Catalan architect Mario Català Nebot, this circular residence stands as a rare example of visionary architecture on the Catalan coast. Its bold geometric form, perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape, creates an ever-changing dialogue between light, sea, and sky.
The property consists of a main circular residence, a guest house, and beautifully landscaped grounds featuring a swimming pool, fronton court, and multiple terraces that invite outdoor living and total privacy. The main residence spans approximately 400 m², including a stunning 90 m² circular porch that offers uninterrupted sea views from sunrise to sunset.
Together, both residences offer eight bedrooms and four bathrooms, with the option to expand the living space on the lower level, currently housing a wine cellar, pantry, and gym. The property has a secure double-gated access, and ample potential for further enhancement while preserving its exceptional character.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most distinctive architectural residences on the Catalan coast.
