Atypical house, the most significant in Lorbé, in the parish of Dexo, together with its caretaker's house, stables, and a one-hectare finca, a few kilometers from the beaches of Mera and Sada, and very close to the Ártabra road, providing communication with A Coruña. ~ Its construction dates back to the beginning of the 18th century and is recorded in the publication Torres, pazos y linajes de la provincia de La Coruña, by the Provincial Council of A Coruña. Its rank and history are evidenced by the large coat of arms preserved on its northern facade. ~ The main building has two floors and a rectangular layout, with its characteristic circular tower at the corner closest to the road. Through its main entrance, we access a large patio, with the main building to its left, the stables and other dependencies to its right, and at the back, access to the caretaker's house, more stables, and its large one-hectare finca, partly landscaped with large trees, with views of the ría de Sada in the distance. ~ It has a second access at the rear through another plot, currently joined but capable of being segregated if necessary; this plot is urban and fully buildable, with a surface area of 1,159 m2. ~ Its most recent use has been for hospitality, perfectly adapted at present to begin activity, although it is perfectly adaptable for residential use.
