Spectacular Canarian house located in Trapiche, in the municipality of Arucas. Its location will be absolutely idyllic to the lovers of the countryside and the tranquility inherent in it. Away from any noise or annoyance characteristic of the city, and yet located just fifteen minutes away from it. In this luxurious home, every detail is meticulously taken care of and results from a great visual appeal. Crossed the threshold of the main door, we find a classic Canarian patio, illuminated by large windows, crowned by a balcony exquisitely finished in wood and seasoned with lush vegetation. Through the first door on the right we access a comfortable lounge, whose walls are painted in a color that reinforces the feeling of warmth evidenced by its comfortable sofa, furniture and fireplace, before which it will be a real pleasure to sit on the cold nights of winter. In this room there is a trapdoor that gives access to a basement, ideal to house a cellar, a storage room or a space for games. Leaving the room, just in front, we find one of the bathrooms of the house, which has all the necessary amenities and has the aesthetic details characteristic of this house. Next to the bathroom we have a bedroom, with double bed, wooden closets, a large window and an access to the terrace. The terrace can also be accessed through the kitchen, a beautiful kitchen decorated mostly with wood, with the latest equipment and enough space to make the task of cooking a pleasure. We went out through the door that leads to the terrace, and we are facing one of the best features of this house: a terrace that offers endless leisure possibilities. In it we will find a pool, with which we would like to count the hot summer days, a shower and a barbecue, ideal for meetings of family and friends. In addition there is a toilet and a small storage room. We return to the initial Canarian patio and climb the wooden stairs to go up to the second floor. There are two more bedrooms, one of them a suite type, with exclusive design furniture and a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that will delight its users.
