This signature house cleverly combines an industrial-inspired atmosphere with high ceilings and iron beams, and the warmth of materials such as wood.
From the street we enter into the house and find the garage with space for two cars; behind this, an independent guest loft was recently built, which has a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bathroom, both brand new.
Through some wooden stairs we access the first floor where we find the fully equipped open kitchen with a central island and high-end Smeg appliances, a courtesy toilet, a living room with a fireplace and the exit to a surprising terrace-garden with parquet flooring. wood and another space as a projection room.
