A few meters from La Almadraba beach in El Verger, and a few kilometers from Denia, is this new development of new construction. The project is conceived with brilliant sustainable strategies: rainwater collection, channeling and reuse systems that will give life to a lush sustainable ecosystem; refreshing gardens with native species that require minimal maintenance; large areas of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption energy generation; even multiple charging stations for electric mobile vehicles.~~The first phase will have 51 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and the main characteristic of the homes will be their large terraces. With regular proportions, they are ideal spaces for outdoor living. The integration of the living room with these large terraces will unify your home as a habitable volume where the interior merges with the exterior.~~In the common areas you will find ideal spaces for walking, practicing sports and, above all, using the bicycle, large and numerous swimming pools spread throughout the urbanization, sensory gardens, spaces for practicing yoga, self-consumption gardens, bicycle workshops and areas pet washing.~~Meet with your partner, family or friends in social clubs; Enjoy open squares protected from the sun and relax in cool places where vegetation thrives and air constantly circulates.~~Furthermore, the works in the area are planned to have minimal impact. The careful selection of construction materials has allowed us to enjoy the extraordinary views offered by the natural environment.
