If a boat’s design symbolizes a concept of life onboard, of the sea and time, the Ego 68 promises a simple, serene experience akin to that of Zen. Elegance and refinement characterize this open sport model, an excellent compromise between the 52 Rivale and Opera 85. Dreamt up by Mauro Micheli and his Officina Italiana Design, it conveys a total rejection of ostentation in favour of harmony and streamlined purity. In the wake of the Aquariva, Rivarama, Sunriva and Rivale, this new model carries off the challenge of sheer excellence. A hard-top with a tinted glass sunroof, aerodynamic lines, a high-profile hull and superstructures… Plus attention to detail pushed to extremes by this brand which has been part of the Feretti group since the year 2000. Launched in May in Italy, the Ego 68 was prepared in the new Tuscan facility at La Spezia. Onboard, three cabins plus a fourth for a crew member. The Ego 68’s engines take it to a top speed of 38 knots and a cruising speed of 34. As proof of its success, 14 boats had already been sold throughout the world prior to its official launch.
