A concept born in Amsterdam in 2015, Pesca has arrived in Nice on the rooftop terrace of the Doubletree by Hilton Nice Iconic. Here, fans of the bounty of the sea find themselves at the heart of a real “fish theatre” ! On their arrival, clients are greeted with popcorn and Prosecco, then discover a generous array of fish and shellfish, rather like at auction. After making their choice and deciding on its preparation and trimmings, clients return to their tables before the start of the gourmet spectacle orchestrated by Chef Patrice Lafon.
