Less than a 2-hour drive from Paris, the Loire Valley Lodges hotel concept pursues its search for flavours by inviting Carla Rebeiz, creator of Eats Thyme, to take up residence this year in its Asperatus restaurant. Tasty immersion in Lebanese cuisine, to be shared around sun-blessed dishes made of produce from the vegetable garden and on-site farm. On the programme : grilled cauliflower with curcuma, “shish tahouk”, lamb chops, chocolate mousse & “zaatar”, and ice-creams for summer ! Sheer escapism.
