Congrats to architect Hugo Toro (Gigi, Hôtel de la Minerve) for his ultra-romantic decor inspired by the loveliest addresses in Rome. The magic continues in dishes offering sun-blessed cuisine by Chef Mathieu Pacaud who reinterprets Mediterranean flavours with great flair, underscored by freshness and seasonings to which he holds the secret.
