After welcoming over 560,000 customers, serving tens of thousands of “œufs mimosa” and “tartes Tatin” at Le Petit Bouillon Pharamond in Les Halles at the heart of Paris, Benjamin Moréel and Christopher Préchez have exported their winning concept to Lille. Not once, but twice, for Kevin Sebag and Michel Puech, who double down with this new spot in the 8th arrondissement. The new Slice Pizza Club opts for colour and an ambiance governed by Italo-disco at full volume. The doors to one of the most long-awaited restaurants in spring 2024 are now open : welcome to The Public House ! The first Parisian address of Chef Calum Franklin, this elegant English pub is big and beautiful. In over 1,000 sqm on three floors, this non-standard venue with a spectacular bar, a winter garden, a playroom, and a festive basement has been entrusted to decorator Laura Gonzalez. In the gourmet 9th arrondissement, this laid-back address cultivates a taste for authenticity in appealing, back-to-basics decor. At the helm, a couple united in their dream for a restaurant, Michelle Primc who has supervised five restaurants in Luxembourg, and her acolyte, Chef Jérémy Grosdidier, who won his spurs at Le Jules Vernes alongside Ducasse. The Hôtel Raphael has been reinvented with the opening of its new restaurant, Le Boudoir. The creator of bespoke coffee, Momus has already given “carte blanche” to several personalities.
