The family group Villaret Immobilier is expanding with the upcoming launch of a fourth agency on Rue de Seine at the heart of the chic Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighbourhood. Originally active on the Right Bank, the Moussion brothers will now cover the Left Bank and operate as a trio !


Focusing on the capital’s liveliest neighbourhoods and the Right Bank in particular, Villaret Immobilier is now preparing to cross the Seine to open its first agency at the heart of the 6th arrondissement.

“It is an exciting new family project which places Charles Moussion in the loop, the son of my brother, François-Régis, with whom we are joining up to create this agency,” explains Vincent Moussion.

On the subject of the Parisian property market, Vincent adds : “We have just endured two challenging years, buffeted by the economic situation and soaring rises in interest rates. The sales we handled were almost entirely for buyers who did not need mortgages. Since the start of this year, we have seen more encouraging signs : interest rates have stopped rising and are even going down, banks are again making loans available, and the appetite of buyers is being confirmed with the return of clients to the agencies and their desire to complete projects they abandoned in 2023. All signals sending us an optimistic message for the coming months.”
