Times three for Villaret Immobilier !

Based in Le Marais since 1996, brothers Vincent and François-Régis Moussion opened a second agency in 2019 opposite the Aligre market, and have just inaugurated a third branch on the lively Rue de Charonne. A strategic location in an appealing, trendy neighbourhood.

With this new agency, the Moussion brothers are again placing their passion for beauty and art at the fore. Decorated by Italian architect Gianmarco Cavagnino, this agency stands out for its esthetic quality, designer furnishings, contemporary artworks and a sculptural “egg” majestically enthroned in this very tasteful setting.

Geographically, it also forms a link with the other two Villaret agences, covering an attractive area extending from Le Marais to the Marché d’Aligre.“We are on the sexiest street in the 11th arrondissement with hyper-urban neighbourhoods all around, lively, forward-looking, and with easy access,” explain Vincent and François-Régis.

“There are lots of rehabilitated old workshops and apartments here offering elegant appointments. These very Parisian neighbourhoods appeal more and more to foreign clients. Prices range from 11,000 to 13,000 euros per sq. metre. We recently sold a magnificent apartment of 110 m² with three bedrooms including a master suite in a handsome freestone building on Rue Trousseau for 1,495,000 €.” With regard to the Parisian property market, they point out :

“The market is less buoyant and dynamic than in the past few years when there were pretty much 5 buyers for one seller. There is now a more even balance and prices reflect that fact. Prestige properties still sell at high prices, it is those with defects that have seen sharp declines. And many Parisians have indeed left the capital to the benefit of nearby suburbs or the provinces, though we are already seeing some of them on their way back !”.
