The market in Bordeaux is in the process of picking up steam and we have continued to extend our teams to reinforce our presence in the city and its surrounding area, on the right bank with its superb properties, as far as Saint-Emilion with vineyard estates, in particular.”

On the subject of the market, they add : “Our result for this first quarter is more positive than that of last year, though we must remain prudent and rigorous, as everything is still very fragile. A great deal of contradictory information is running around, keeping both buyers and sellers in a kind of wait-and-see attitude. Our task is to reassure and assist them as, even if we operate on a niche market where recourse to a mortgage is not indispensable, the economic and geo-political contexts still generate hesitation.

Bordeaux is a small city drawing a high level of demand.
