A benchmark group in prestige real estate, Féau can pride itself on impressive success that can be summed up in these figures : in 2021, the group orchestrated one out of every two transactions in Paris and on its near perimeter for properties worth over 3 million euros, and this in spite of Covid and the absence of an international clientele.
Borne along by this exceptional dynamism, the group, already operating in Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon and Marseille, has several agencies in the pipeline for 2022. “We have just opened an agency in Deauville, a seaside resort much appreciated by Parisians, and we are planning more launches in attractive towns,” says Nicolas Pettex-Muffat.
