Aged from 40 to 60, East Europeans are still present in number, while Americans continue to make their comeback after the pandemic.

Sophie Peirano mentions a sale of 17 million euros, the amount paid by a foreign investor in exchange for a project for a contemporary villa in grounds of 5,000 m2 with one of the most prestigious addresses in La Californie, ready to inject 8-9 million euros into renovation. A client looking for a second residence, between Dubai and London, then parted with 4.8 million euros for a property of 350 m2 with sea view, in need of a revamp. Finally, a third buyer acquired a Provençal villa of 350 m2 enjoying a panoramic sea view for 6,650,000 €. After a quiet winter and despite a scarcity of properties priced from 3 to 5 million euros, Sophie Peirano remains optimistic :
“There are lots of visits for properties ranging from 10 to 30 million euros”.
