April 8th, 2023, was a highly symbolic date for Sandrine Diouf. It was her 50th birthday and the anniversary of the creation of her agency, Off Real Estate.

This inspiring entrepreneur took the risk of making her project reality. “My 23 years of experience in real estate, my network, and the encouragement of my circle of friends and former clients enabled me to take the plunge and create my own agency in Paris, where I have always worked and where I am assisted by a negotiator,” says Sandrine Diouf.

As for luxury properties, the market has never done so well. We are seeing the return of a foreign clientele, families in particular, so that children can benefit from education in prestigious French schools”.
