Launched at the start of 2025, this young agency relies on a deeply rooted experience : that of Anja Sebens who carried out her own real estate project. On arriving from Germany, she acquired a plot of land and built her own villa. A slice of personal life which became the professional model for My Riviera Home. Easy Home Riviera sold her the plot. Kaj Lerby, now its Manager, has in-depth knowledge of the local market and handles a demanding portfolio comprised of carefully selected references all over the Côte d’Azur. His bespoke service is intended for a clientele which is often international, and always in search of an outstanding property. KO Sud Construction, a company founded in 2012 by Andrei Kovacs, then in charge of the construction Anja’s house on the famous plot of land, now contributes its expertise in carrying out high-end construction or renovation projects. With a team of about 50 professionals, KO Sud guarantees rigorous follow-up, turnkey appointments, compliance with the most recent standards, and a 10-year guarantee for all of its projects.
