From the Croisette to Paris, the Magrey & Sons group has discreetly become known as one of he most highly respected players in top-notch real estate. Alexandre Goldstein, a partner in the firm, embodies its culture anchored in loyalty, excellence and bespoke service.


Since 1969, the name of Magrey & Sons has been inscribed in the history of exceptional real estate, originally from the Croisette in Cannes. Today, this family group covers the area from StTropez to Monaco, via Mougins and Valbonne. Well-mastered expansion, at the service of rare positioning : that of an independent French player with recognized expertise, capable of handling emblematic sales on the Côte d’Azur just as efficiently as the high demands of its Parisian clientele. Alexandre Goldstein is one of its iconic figures. Joining the group as negotiator 17 years ago, he is now one of its partners. A path illustrating the firm’s DNA : in-house promotion, loyalty, durability. “Trust cannot be forged by decree, it has to be won,” he says. With about 60 team members, all experts in their locations, Magrey & Sons lays claim to a personalized, sustainable approach, between rigour and prestigious service. At the end of 2024, its well-mastered growth was illustrated by the ambitious launch of an agency on Rue du Bac in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. Managed by Nina Magrey - representing the 3rd generation of the founding family -, this antenna specializing in the 6th, 7th and 16th arrondissements soon found its audience. A self-evident move, underpinned by years of client relationships between Paris and the Riviera. “Our clients know us well, follow us, entrust us with several projects over time, sometimes the same property resold at different stages in their lives.”

On the Côte d’Azur, high-end luxury is doing well. Rare supplies, steady demand, safe havens : the most desirable addresses still exercise their power of attraction. The first half of 2025 thus witnessed three sales in St-Tropez and another in Cannes at prices exceeding 15 M €. They included a property in Ramatuelle (living space 400 m2, panoramic sea view, 5 suites, a short walk to the beach of Pampelonne), and a charming residence, renovated throughout, in Ste-Anne. In Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, a property right at the water’s edge on the prestigious Domaine du Cap Martin, with a park of 7,500 m2, a movie lounge, gym, 6 suites, and majestic views of Monaco, attained over 45 M €. Signatures which confirm the market sector’s excellent health, with Magrey’s turnover rising by 38 % from 2023 to 2024, and expected to be maintained in 2025.
