Real estate is sometimes in the family genes. Such is the case for Héloïse Martin, whose estate-agent mother passed on her passion for the profession to her daughter. After her studies and happy, gratifying experiences in renowned agencies - which notably contributed to her becoming one of the 30 talents under 30 years old elected from 91,000 consultants in 49 countries - Héloïse Martin took off to launch her solo career.

In just two years, this young agency can lay claim to real success and a reputation based on flattering word-of-mouth. “It was through relationships that my clientele was built, then thanks to clients who sent me their friends. I mainly work with buyers from Paris and Bordeaux, and French ex-pats. For now, I am alone at the helm, though I expect to recruit soon, on a small scale, to preserve the quality of my services over time.”

On the subject of the market, Héloïse Martin explains : “In my favourite area, from Le Pyla to Arcachon, the market is still very buoyant. Houses and building land are in high demand and prices, already high, continue their gradual rise, especially for properties benefitting from prized locations, that’s to say near beaches and shops”.
