L'agence du Cap, direction le Var
Anchored for more than 30 years between Saint-Raphaël and Les Issambres, L’Agence du Cap combines family expertise with territorial dynamism. From the Var coast to the entrance to Saint-Tropez, Leslie and Alexis Caverivière orchestrate bespoke service for complementary markets, between the Provençal art of living and high-end vacations.
Founded in 1993 by their parents, L’Agence du Cap is now co-managed by Leslie and Alexis Caverivière. The first pilots communication strategy from Saint-Raphaël, the second supervises transactions from Les Issambres. With about 30 team members shared out in 4 addresses -Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Agay and Les Issambres-, the group covers a large part of the Var coast.
To the east, the Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël area draws a French clientele, mostly from the Paris-Lille-Lyon axis, looking for second homes prior to making plans for retirement. Buyers tend towards Provençal houses from 700,000 € to 1.5 M €, in need of a revamp or already renovated, or light and airy apartments in the town centre, the most desirable priced at 10,000 € per sqm. There is strong demand for properties in prized locations, offering views of the sea or contemporary appointments.

To the west, around Les Issambres and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the clientele is mostly foreign, mainly north European with some buyers from eastern Europe. The scenery here is spectacular : a natural amphitheatre opening out to the Mediterranean. Buyers set their sights on exclusive properties, often aiming for second homes, with panoramic views and high-spec appointments inspiring love at first sight.
The year 2024 was marked by economic uncertainties and high interest rates, though the spring of 2025 seems to have staged a recovery. “Buyers are back, showing high motivation and making faster decisions,” says Leslie Caverivière. “We benefit from good visibility thanks to intensive work on enhancing a property’s value.”
