The Kretz family has embarked upon a new chapter in its tale. Known by the general public thanks to the series “L’Agence” on Netflix, the group, then based in a private mansion in Boulogne-Billancourt, inaugurated its first physical agency in Paris in January. Here, no traditional offices nor a conventional reception, and certainly no ads in the window… Imagined as a flagship, the first Kretz Real Estate agency overturns all the rules. Designed by Label Experience, it occupies a surface area of 230 m2 comprised of several worlds. “We wanted to create a setting offering a welcome and friendliness, open to the street,” explains Alexandre Bruneau. “The agency consists of 6 rooms, each one evoking the personalities and tastes of members of the Kretz family : an entrance room like a Parisian café, a room inspired by Barcelona, another recalling Trouville where the family owns a house, a New York space, and the agency’s high point, a winter garden beneath a skylight, inspired by Brazil. This flagship will serve as a model for other openings, notably in Lyon and Marseille.” Driven by remarkable momentum, the Kretz Family Real Estate group is posting steady growth. After a 30 % rise in turnover in 2024, it achieved a spectacular rise of 80 % in 2025, and is now backed by 130 agents all over France. “The group’s DNA lies in excellence, sharing, innovation and audacity,” says Alexandre Bruneau. In 2025, the average sales price stood at 1.9 M €, with a property portfolio ranging from 1 to 180 M €.

Watched in 140 countries, the Netflix series has been a powerful lever for the family’s international renown. The group now has 40 % of foreign buyers, 60 % French. In a real estate context which is often turbulent, the ultra-luxury segment continues to demonstrate its resilience. “Everything above 10 M € remains stable : offerings are rare and demand constant”, observes Alexandre Bruneau. For 2026, Kretz aims to franchise its brand abroad, in Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal and Italy, confirming its desire to combine family expertise with international renown. n
