Riding the wave of impressive success, the Biarritz Sotheby’s International Realty agency led by Bénédicte Marchal is pursuing its development with plans to open a new agency in October in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, in the lively neighbourhood of Les Halles.


Founded 30 years ago in Biarritz and affiliated for more than 15 years to Sotheby’s worldwide network, the Biarritz Sotheby’s IR agency has become a benchmark for prestige real estate on the Côte Basque. Already exploring a wide sector encompassing the Basque and Landaise coasts, but also inland areas, the agency is attesting to its aura in the region by opening a new branch in the fall.

“This new agency meets the expectations of our clientele and follows our path of development,” explains Manageress Bénédicte Marchal. “Saint-Jean-de-Luz is more of a family market than Biarritz. On the subject of the region’s property market, she adds : “It is still very buoyant at the top end, with a clientele in search of quality properties offering attractive appointments.
