On the other hand, 2026 has made a very good start, with steady activity and visits of quality based on genuine projects. Today, the St-Jean market is clearly on the buyers’ side. They have a good choice. After the post-Covid explosion, prices underwent healthy readjustment. Some very sought-after areas have retained their high prices, in particular the Sainte-Barbe neighbourhood, the hill of Bordagain, and seafront apartments posting prices from 18,000 to 22,000 € per sq. metre”. n
