DL Immobilier : A second agency in Biarritz
Founded in Biarritz in 2016 by Anne-Marie Langla and her brother Marc, DL Immobilier, specializing in the sale of properties and commercial premises, is extending its activity by inaugurating a second agency in the lively neighbourhood of Les Halles. Joint interview with President Anne-Marie Langla and Véronique Noilhan, Sales Manager of DL Immobilier.
In just five years, DL Immobilier has won a prominent position on the French Basque Coast by placing attentiveness, confidentiality and efficiency at the heart of each transaction. Its credo is to sell homes ranging from studios to outstanding properties while also providing a wide-ranging proposal of commercial premises, now seeing high demand.
“The clientele which has come to live in this region is much younger than before,” explains Anne-Marie Langla. “The impact of Covid and teleworking have convinced many members of the actively employed to live here year-round, and some of them have also arrived with new professional projects. The need to provide them with assistance led to the opening of a new address, more comfortable and welcoming, to meet this demand. Our two agencies are devoted to these two sectors of activity in Les Landes and Le Pays Basque, with teams dedicated to each field.”
On the subject of the property market, Véronique Noilhan confides : “The last quarter of 2021 has been very lively, as was the entire year. Prices are, however, no longer soaring but stabilizing, even if we are still in a very high price-range on the Basque and Landaise coastline, with more buyers than sellers. As regards demand, it still mainly comes from a French clientele. Though we have noticed that buyers are increasingly setting their sights on main or semi-main residences, even while the market for second homes remains very buoyant. The quality of life offered by this region is appreciated more and more by young working people and families. As for the future, enquiries for 2022 are already substantial : we will certainly be seeing another very buoyant year.”
