AK.SO CONSEILS : SECOND AGENCY OPENING SOON !

On the strength of proven success and a network offering high performance, the AK.SO Conseils agency founded by Sophie Aknine in 2007 will inaugurate a second agency in Ecully in February. Specializing in high-end properties and already covering the entire city, AK.SO Conseils is treating itself to maximum visibility with this new branch focusing on the west side of Lyon.

Over the past 10 years, AK.SO Conseils has succeeded in developing distinctive values which have boosted its image and won the loyalty of a top-notch clientele. “Our clientele is mostly comprised of company directors, senior executives and self-employed professionals, for whom we think it is essential to offer tailormade service,” says Sophie Aknine. “We treat some properties as confidential, which means that they are not available on the open market nor advertised through the usual media supports. We also dispose of a conciergerie in order to meet our clients’ requirements efficiently, whether to organize home removals, find schools, reserve hotel rooms or orchestrate a dinner.” Backed by the city’s attractiveness and a rising number of transactions, AK.SO Conseils is doubling-up in 2018 by opening a new agency on the west side of Lyon : “We have come up with an original concept for this second agency, part of which will be dedicated to art. Next to the offices, exhibition space will present works by contemporary artists with a blend of designer creations, paintings and photographs”. Optimistic about the new year, Sophie Aknine explains : “The market is very lively, and more and more executives are being transferred to Lyon, so I think we will continue to see strong demand in 2018. New properties are doing very well, and we are in fact acting as sole agent for an intimate development in Monplaisir, where we are going to transform an office building into high-end apartments.
