Paris Capital : new agency
A member of the worldwide Coldwell Banker Preview network, the Paris Capital agency headed up by Patrick Péris will inaugurate its new branch in Saint-Germain-des-Prés at the end of January. A strategic move designed to meet demand from an international clientele not residing in France, but very keen on the Left Bank.
A stone’s throw from Chez Castel, Paris Capital, a franchise in the worldwide Coldwell Banker Preview network, a leader in prestige real estate, is opening a new agency and treating itself to wider exposure at the start of this year : “It is a logical next step in our development, even though we were not dedicated to one sector, and already cover the Left Bank, as witnessed by one of our latest sales, a private mansion priced at 12 million euros at the beginning of the year. After the 16th arrondissement, this new agency also positions us strategically for an international clientele, especially American and Italian, to whom I offer my expertise in legal, tax and financial matters,” explains Patrick Péris, henceforth directing the two agencies. Scooping up in its nets the iconic 6th and 7th arrondissements and, to a lesser extent, the 5th arrondissement, Paris Capital is thus taking a more frontal approach to this market : “For many foreigners, Saint-Germain-des Près is a picture-postcard image of Paris. As compared to the Right Bank, prices are higher, ranging from 16,000 to 20,000 € per sq. metre. The properties themselves are also different : few large apartments, more small and medium-sized surface areas. In December, we sold an apartment of 185 m2 for 2,500,000 €”. An international arm in a solid network, the new Paris Capital agency is currently recruiting property consultants.
