NEW DEPARTURES FOR DELIQUIET IMMOBILIER

With a move and a new agency, Deliquiet Immobilier is innovating and all set to take off on the dawn of its third anniversary. The original agency is moving to the corner of Rue des Blancs Manteaux, while a second address opens its doors in the 16th arrondissement. Meet Nicolas Deliquiet, an ambitious young entrepreneur...

Without leaving his beloved Marais and its attractive old stone, Nicolas Deliquiet has moved his agency into new ground-floor premises with typical Parisian charm. “This new location offers lots of assets,” says Nicolas Deliquiet. “We will gain in visibility as the agency is on a corner with Rue des Blancs Manteaux and offers three windows. Inside, high ceilings and period features such as red floor tiles, a fireplace and exposed beams give it an “old Paris” atmosphere corresponding to the properties we offer, and my passion for old buildings.” Very much at ease in flagship arrondissements in the centre of Paris, Deliquiet Immobilier is setting off to conquer the market for second residences and the west side of Paris in 2019, with the launch of a second agency in the 16th arrondissement, which also attests to a new partnership : “Together with Peter Catalin, a friend and a professional in real estate, I am exporting Deliquiet Immobilier to the 16th to meet increasing demand on the part of a family clientele struggling to find apartments meeting their requirements in the centre of Paris. Rich in real estate and large apartments, areas encompassing the 16th, 17th, 15th arrondissements, as well as Porte d’Auteuil and Saint Cloud, are more affordable than central arrondissements. However properties for sale are becoming rare in the centre of Paris, buyers increasingly have the upper hand. And even though prices are holding steady, properties of quality fall into an average price bracket of 13,000-13,500 € per sq.m.”

After a successful career in events management, Nicolas Deliquiet turned his attention to real estate. In January 2016, with 10 years of experience in the field, he decided to go solo and launched the agency bearing his name in the lively neighbourhood of Le Marais. Teaming up with Peter Catalin (photo), he is inaugurating a second agency in the 16th arrondissement at the end of 2018.
