New departure for Saint Louis French Properties

Founded in 2005 by Eddie and Sandrine Lalonnier, affiliated for six years to the Sotheby’s International Realty France & Monaco network, this agency created its own brand in 2018, becoming Saint Louis French Properties. Making the French art of living its signature theme, specializing in the sale of prestige properties, Saint Louis French Properties is reasserting its position on the market in Charente Maritime...

Backed by a network of experts, advocating attentiveness, trust and quality relationships as its main values, Saint Louis French Properties has turned its concept into a brand.

“We are dealing with something more than a real-estate project,” explains Eddie Lalonnier. “Our idea is to highlight the French art of living and offer our clients real assistance to guarantee their peace of mind. Our 15 years of experience in the region's property market now endows us with expertise and recognition within our field.” Focusing on the high end of the market, proposing charming houses, luxury properties, castles, but also seafront apartments and villas, the agency has extended its geographical coverage by creating an independent entity called La Rochelle French Properties in July 2018. Staffed by a new team, this branch encompasses prized areas such as L’île de Ré and La Rochelle, drawing a clientele both French and foreign. With regard to the market, Eddie Lalonnier adds : “It is highly disparate depending on the towns, and our property portfolio thus offers a broad range of prices, from 350,000 € for a pretty house near Saintes to 3 million euros for a villa in an ideal seafront location in Royan. The market is active and forward-looking, the number of sales has grown, and we have seen good development throughout the year. Prices have again become coherent, the region is attracting more and more buyers for its pleasant life-style and lovely shoreline, with the appeal of towns such as La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes and Cognac being confirmed”.
