Founded in 2019 par Thibaut Longuefosse, MyBiarritz Property has changed its name and is pursuing its expansion in Le Pays Basque by opening a new agency in the centre of Guéthary in early July and developing its activity in Hossegor. Encounter with a young entrepreneur riding the wave of success.

“Opening the agency in Guéthary is a great opportunity to extend our area of activity and thus go from “MyBiarritz Property” to “MyProperties” by erasing borders. The market in Guéthary is complementary to that of Biarritz and allows us to be more efficient on the seafront and in the hinterland, where you find very lovely properties with luxurious and highly-prized amenities, but also to cover Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Parisians are very active here, abandoning the PACA region, previously highly targeted, in order to settle in Le Pays Basque whose appeal is as strong as ever.”
