Laforêt Prestige Paris 6th : the strength of a network

With over 700 agencies in France, the Laforêt network benefits from strategic coverage of the entire country. Facing the Luxembourg Gardens, the company’s Prestige - Paris 6e agency proposes luxury properties for sale and to rent in the capital’s highly-prized neighbourhoods. Meet Line Laplane, Manageress of the Laforêt Prestige agency, and her associate, Patrick de la Faire.

Ideally located in the 6th arrondissement, the Laforêt Prestige agency is run by a team of six. Manageress Line Laplane emphasizes the quality provided by bespoke service and explains : “We benefit from all the advantages and values of the Laforêt network and focus on prestige properties. Our selection includes both small surface areas and family apartments worth several million euros. We present properties with desirable addresses in the capital : the majority of our transactions involve properties in the 6th and northern part of the 15th arrondissements. We also propose private sales, which consists of informing our buyers of the arrival of apartments soon to be placed on the market. This service is becoming increasingly popular. It recently enabled us to sell a 3rd-floor apartment of 112 m2 on Rue Vaneau, priced at 1,950,000 €”. The Laforêt Prestige agency also handles the management/rental of almost 1,500 apartments. With a clientele of French ex-pats, buyers from the provinces and the international scene, Laforêt Prestige stands out for its service aiming to facilitate administrative procedures. “We can in fact draft preliminary sales agreements in the agency and have them signed electronically,” explains Patrick de la Faire. “This is a very practical service for foreign clients and buyers in the French provinces as they are not obliged to travel, and can in fact save several weeks in the acquisition process.” Line Laplane describes the market in Paris : “It has been very buoyant for the past three years, with prices posting double-digit growth. In the 6th and 7th, some clients give up, setting their sights on less expensive arrondissements. It is a very favorable market for sellers, though buyers are becoming more and more demanding. Paris is very appealing, and remains highly-prized by an eclectic foreign clientele with, on the one hand, the continued presence of Anglo-Saxon and European clients, and on the other, buyers from the Middle East, but also from Asia”.
