During the pandemic, requests focused on apartments and houses benefitting from outdoor areas : a need still expressed by buyers today. We recently sold a house of 140 m² in Guéthary, with a garden of 400 m², priced at 1,290,000 €.

Demand is still very strong in the region and prices are struggling to stabilize, attaining sums which previously only concerned properties offering views of the sea. Even garages sell for more than 100,000 € ! The love of French buyers for the Basque coast has not faded at all. It is true that the region provides a healthy, reassuring, high-quality environment with a delightful life-style”.
