Emile Garcin : the force of cohesion

From Paris to Marrakesh via Geneva and Brussels, the Emile Garcin group is now comprised of 35 agencies in France and abroad. Backed by over 140 team members, Nathalie Garcin manages these offices as one and the same entity. In unisson and inspired by the same spirit, this family-run group which has remained independent can pride itself on spectacular success.

Ranking among the most influential property groups, Emile Garcin has forged a sound reputation since its creation, which has travelled well beyond the borders of France. Guaranteeing beauty and charm, Emile Garcin agencies offer a discerning selection of properties in very appealing surroundings. “Whether for a villa, a “mas”, an apartment or a simple studio, the geographic location has always been one of our fundamental criteria,” explains Nathalie Garcin. “While our selection consists of high-quality properties, the agency is above all human. We all work closely together, are united by the same vision of our profession, and maintain quality communication between our agency managers and with our clientele.” An independent group, Emile Garcin consists of over 30 agencies, including four in Paris and a branch inaugurated in 2019 in Saint Jean de Luz : “It is a real source of strength not be under the control of a franchise, we go forward with our own values. We have a large portfolio of clients, from which few other agencies benefit”. On the subject of the French property market, Nathalie Garcin says : “In the regions we cover, the market has been very active over the past three years. In Paris, prices rose sharply in the past two years, but are currently stabilizing. More than ever before, real estate is a safe haven for the French, with foreign clients making a significant comeback. We recently sold a superb 17th-C. château to a charming couple of American entrepreneurs, on almost 12.5 acres of land at the foot of the Alpilles, for over 12 million euros”.
