“I am in charge of the real estate department, proposing both residential properties and investments. In our firm, real estate is integrated as a component of patrimonial assets. We handle the acquisition and sale of properties ranging from studios to prestigious residences. Our added value is offering our clients bespoke legal assistance throughout the entire transaction, and even afterwards.”

“The group’s head office is in Paris, and we form a team of 140 in all, from the south-west of France to Paris via Rennes, Montpellier, Lyon, and even internationally,” says Sybille Jost. Regarding the property market on the Côte Basque, Valorial’s two founders explain that “buyers are rarer than in previous years for traditional properties such as apartments in towns. On the other hand, their numbers continue to grow when searching for houses benefiting from desirable locations. The Covid effect persists for turnkey homes requiring no renovation, for a semi-main, semi-second residence. What has changed is straight-talking negotiation on the part of buyers regarding sales prices.
