Breteuil : a new direction

New agencies being opened, concepts rethought… Breteuil is pursuing its development and focusing on its positioning in high-end real estate. Dynamism which confirms the ambitions of this group, deeply rooted in the Parisian property scene. Meet the group’s President, Arthur Colarossi…

Breteuil is pursuing its growth in Paris with a new address at 34 rue du Bac, in the 7th arrondissement. Going further than a traditional estate agency, this address designed with architect Jessica Mille focuses on the client experience and confidentiality.“This agency has been thought out like a high-end jeweller’s, to welcome a clientele with very high net worth,”

explains Arthur Colarossi.

An approach which illustrates the move up-market to which the group is committed, with more confidential spaces and services on a par with this clientele’s expectations. A second address based on the same model should see the light of day in the Golden Triangle within the next two years. In parallel, the group intends to extend its network in Paris intra-muros

by launching five new agencies, and also in the capital’s immediate surroundings, both east and west, in soughtafter residential addresses such as Versailles, Meudon and Vincennes. A development strategy which deals with a complex Parisian market, now more well-oriented.

Breteuil’s turnover has risen 27% and the number of its transactions has increased by 5% compared to 2025 : “Properties with no defects always benefit from strong

demand and a short marketing period. Conversely, those which are over-estimated remain on the market. More than ever, the right price is the key to success”. According

to Breteuil, family apartments in the 16th arrondissement range from 12,000 to 16,000 € per sqm, and can exceed 20,000 € per sqm when perfectly renovated. In the 6th

arrondissement, prices range from 17,000 to 22,000 € per sqm, attaining 30,000 € per sqm for the most beautifully finished turnkey properties. A demand for quality which is particularly visible among the international clientele and French buyers returning from London or New

York, looking for properties ready to move in immediately, and paying close attention to the quality of their renovation and the high-spec equipment ensuring home comfort. In this two-tier market, price estimates are the determining factor. As Arthur Colarossi concludes : “More

than ever before, the location, the quality of renovation, and fair pricing determine the success of a transaction”
