BEAUCHAMP ESTATES, SUSTAINED HIGH GROWTH

43 years after its creation in London, openings in Mykonos, Tel Aviv and New York, and 15 years after its arrival in France, Beauchamp Estates is planning two new inaugurations in 2023, in Mougins and Saint-Jean-Cap Ferrat.


After arriving in the Festival City in 2008 and launching a second address in the midst of the pandemic in Saint-Tropez, Beauchamp Estates is opening an agency at 31 avenue Saint-Basile in Mougins, the chic, rural suburb of Cannes.

While real agencies in Le Var and the hinterland are recent, the area from Monaco to the Gulf of Saint Tropez has been the historic playground of the French branch, which has just signed the lease on a fourth agency at the heart of the village of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. For the past decade, Adrien Willing-Lamy has headed up a team with 30 members, a number that should soon reach 40.

Turnover ranges from 3 to 7 million euros per year. “In 2019, we won the record for the most important transaction ever recorded on the French Riviera with a sale price of 200 million euros attained for an outstanding villa on Cap Ferrat,” says Adrien Willing-Lamy. “We have long focused our activity on the ultra-luxury market. Over the past four years, we have extended our base range with properties whose prices start from around 1 million euros.

The average shopping cart ranges from 3 to 7 million euros, with peaks from 12 to 25 million euros and low-end prices from 800,000 to 1.5 million euros for unusual properties or apartments which are, however, always turnkey and in good locations.”
