AGENCE PRIVILEGES : OPTING FOR EFFICIENCY

Injecting a dose of modernity into the estate agent’s role, focusing on service, encouraging direct contact and offering more availability, such are the values upheld by 33 year-old Guillaume Carlier, Director of the Privilèges agencies. Chalking up real success, this young entrepreneur backed by a loyal team has just inaugurated his second agency in Paris on the chic Left Bank.

“At the start, I didn’t want to enter the profession as I didn’t recognize myself in the image of an estate agent. Then I founded Horse Immo, specializing in equestrian properties, which became the leader on this niche market, and I realised that codes can always be changed,” explains Guillaume Carlier. Aged 33 and already laying claim to an unusual career, this entrepreneur driven by a desire to redefine boundaries expresses his difference by favouring procedures that suit today’s day and age : “We need to do away with overtly commercial practices and offer clients genuine care and assistance. We are selling service, much more than apartments. In our agencies, we have dematerialized all the various stages by fully digitalizing the client circuit, making things simpler and faster. The notion of “high-end” largely exceeds the quality of the properties we present : it is the excellence of the service we provide. I am backed by a small team with ten members to whom I am very close and know personally. We work together with the same goal : ensuring the highest possible satisfaction for our clientele. For us, availability, fast responses and honesty are essential values. And for Privilèges, sales are above all about fascinating encounters”. An approach that has paid off by ensuring a sound reputation for this young group which is exporting its talent to the Left Bank with a brand new agency on Rue de Babylone in the 7th arrondissement. An elegant new address with panther-skin decor and photos on the walls, almost to be confused with an art-gallery. Original and refreshing.
