A reference on the market for the design and renovation of top-notch apartments since 2004, A+B Kasha extended its activities three years ago by opening an estate agency focusing on properties in Saint Germain des Prés. A dual approach explaining the richness of this Parisian firm, further backed by solid international networks.


A very resourceful agency, full of ideas, specializing in luxury properties in the very elegant Left Bank neighbourhood of Saint Germain des Prés… A brief summary of A+B Kasha. On the strength of its dual skills in design and real estate, the agency can best assess the potential of each apartment : “Our real added value is our architectural firm which offers precious tools to potential buyers,” explains Maïa Sarcher, a partner of Alon and Betsy Kasha. A team of nine, four in the agency and five focusing on design, handles all requests within a pre-defined perimeter : “We concentrate on the Left Bank, from the Seine to Le Luxembourg in the 6th arrondissement, and from Rue des Saint Pères to Les Invalides via Sèvres-Babylone in the 7th. We specialize in Saint Germain, with a bonus in terms of design that no-one else proposes, and which guarantees real convenience, especially for foreign clients,” says Maïa, the agency’s manageress. A market on a tight leash, with buoyant prices : “There is a scarcity of quality properties in these highly sought-after neighbourhoods, but we have excellent resources and are known for finding rare properties offering high potential. Prices remain stable in these two arrondissements, the most expensive in Paris, where rates per sq. metre can attain 30,000 €”.
