Mercedes Vision V, redefining the limousine

Elegant, luxurious and spacious, its passenger compartment is a real lounge with a retractable 65” cinema screen and a sound system with 42 speakers. The large, automatically opening “portal door” and an illuminated, retractable running board immediately set the tone.

A glass partition separates the lounge from the driver’s space. Glass which passes as required from transparent to opaque, partly or fully, just like the windows. Once inside, the screen glides up from the walnut and Nappa leather console. Seven projectors in the floor and ceiling enlarge the field of vision. Side windows are transformed into additional screens giving a 360° digital experience, while lighting provides colours reflecting music. Seven different worlds to choose from : entertainment, relaxation, work, play, shopping, discovery, even karaoke.

The silhouette of the Vision V is both sleek and sensual, sculptural and aerodynamic. The front and rear cantilevers are short, and the sides have a narrow waistline. The roof line melts into the vehicle’s rounded rear. Decorative features made of chrome, especially on the radiator grille, hold their own with transparent illuminated louvres. Then comes LED lighting to emphasize the vehicle’s exterior details, such as the brand’s iconic 3-pointed star and 24-inch wheels. Two powerful domes on the hood and large wheel rims endow the model with a sporty allure, while 450 illuminated 3-dimensional louvres surround the rear window.
