Based on the impressive and already lean 720S, the latest LT is lower and 80 kg lighter, benefiting from unique aerodynamics giving 25 % more downforce than the 720S. The chassis is solid, rigid and ultra-light. Carbon fibre body panels provide a highly expressive, elongated profile, with polycarbonate glazing inspired by motor sports. The titanium exhaust system comes with four outlets. The new Longtail scores a power-to-weight ratio of 622PS per ton. Bespoke Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tyres guarantee next-level grip around bends. 765 hp can be unleashed thanks to a 4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 giving 800 Nm of torque. The LT attains 0-100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 7 seconds, with a top speed of around 330 km/h.
Inside, one finds the same desire for lightness and purity : seats borrowed from the McLaren P1, sculpted carbon fibre and Alcantara. The LT also meet buyers’ specific requirements via the British manufacturer’s personalisation department. The numbered car has already conquered 765 members of the Happy Few ready to pay from 330,000 €, with marketing underway and a list of enquiries largely surpassing availabilities.
